As a Senior Associate/Manager in the Staffing and Resource Management team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our workforce and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across projects. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment and focuses on strategic workforce planning, talent development, and resource optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand current and future staffing needs. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right skills are available to meet business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources to projects based on skill sets, project requirements, and employee availability.Optimize resource utilization to ensure maximum efficiency and project success.
  • Talent Development: Identify opportunities for skills development and training to enhance the capabilities of the existing workforce.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture within the Staffing and Resource Management team. Work closely with HR, project managers, and department heads to ensure alignment between business goals and staffing strategies.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and workforce planning. Generate regular reports on resource utilization, employee performance, and other relevant metrics.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in staffing, resource management, or workforce planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
