Job Responsibilities :

A successfully hired candidate would be expected to develop and work on a strategy/approach to analyse, manage and effectively run content campaigns across various media channels (by constantly Identifying key markets, target groups, industry trends etc) to increase Srijan’s brand image and project delivery capabilities.


She/he would be expected to -

    • Propose and execute ideas with underlying strategic thinking for internal and external communications.

      • Write high-engagement business-related content that reflects Srijan’s brand image and voices technology & project delivery prowess (via blogs, podcasts, webinars, conferences, press release, business rules, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, seminars, keynotes, social media content,  email content etc.)

 

  • Analyse content for SEO, audience/marketing metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer/User Feedback teams to develop a variety of content marketing materials to meet or exceed engagement rate and CTR (Click Through Rate), Open Rate ( for mailers)
  • Moderate (proof-reading) all content & assessing curated content for effectiveness and course correction
  • Maintain company Web pages and blog(s).

    • Making our website and online content more visible, accessible, accurate and user friendly & with SEO best practices.
    • Copy-writing for marketing and remarketing strategies as well as brand assets
  • Manage our social media presence & SEO ranking

    • Execute highly effective social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc) marketing strategies to support and improve business goals and prospects.
    • Monitors and raises engagement and reputation on the above SM channels.
    • Carry out keyword research and analysis and employ social media best practices to enhance the rankings of our website and therefore, the visibility of our organization to prospective clients worldwide.

Work a strategy to manage the content across various media channels to increase the visibility Analyse and effectively change the campaigns constantly Identify key markets, trends, target groups so that a wider audience can be captured 

  • Approach your work with a global mindset, advocate for designs and language that internationalizes data well, and work with other process teams to improve quality.
  • Undertake content, acquisition, generation and revision as per the process and organizations strategic plans, objectives and campaigns to build and enhance content relevance and contextualization.
  • Develop content frameworks, technology narratives and other deliverables that helps people understand the practice of content strategy.
  • Produce and edit the required content and ensure that the content is updated in a timely manner on all relevant modules.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and internal analytics modules to monitor and identify consumer engagement across digital platforms and analyze site visits.
  • Generate optimized content to capitalize on content opportunities identified by performing keyword research, competitor analysis, content mapping, and other types of content analysis.
  • Research and recommend relevant images and meta descriptions corresponding to communications and infographics, liaising with designers.

 

Candidate Profile.

You have a -

  • Education/ graduate degree in English Literature/Mass Comm./Journalism/Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in Copy/content writing/Consulting or Knowledge Management with a 3-5 years experience in writing original content for B2B and B2C technology clients.
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Hubspot, WordPress)
  • Successful experience to manage budget, team and targets
  • Avid reading interest and a high inclination for Technology domain.
