Senior Sales, APAC & Middle East - API, Cloud & Data Engineering

 

Responsibilities :

 

  • You will actively identify, prospect and create opportunities within enterprise & mid-market customers (typically IT org or CTO Office) for complex solution offerings centric to application & platform modernization and product engineering

 

  • You will do deep research and technographics of prospective customers and seek to produce insight that will enable highly targeted pitches

 

  • You will work closely with GTM owner to create value prop, engagement & awareness about our portfolio offerings (viz Infrastructure & Core Platform, Microservices & Event Driven Architectures, API Platforms, Data Intelligence) to the target customer base

 

  • You will be a hands-on collaborator in the sales process, a keen listener with influencer in the conversation, ability to engage senior executives & decision makers, build relationships and move deals forward

 

  • You will be a conscientious collaborator who will amplify our channel partnerships (such as Confluent, Google, Kong, AWS, VMWare & GCP) to provide first class sales partnership (“co-selling”) and helping build visibility of our solution portfolio & technical skills within these channel organisations

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  1. At Least 8-10 years of enterprise sales experience in an IT or infra product space or complex solution sales setting (preferred)
  2. Cultivated or will be interested to cultivate a genuine interest in technology & customer problems (and solutions thereof)
  3. Technology awareness & vocabulary around cloud technologies, enterprise middleware & modern software architectures
  4. Excellent writing & illustration skills
  5. A prior background in some programming is a bonus
  6. A prior background in running marketing operations is a bonus
