Responsibilities:

Accounting and Managing Indian and overseas books

Ensuring proper closure of books every month
-
Preparing and accounting month-end Provision and accrual entry.

Managing India and Overseas statutory filing and compliance like ROC, PF, ESIC, TDC, GST
-
Assisting with direct and Indirect filings and assessments
-
Proper understanding of the preparation of Financials under Indian GAAP.

Can support in Audit (Internal, Statutory, Group)
-
Good understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxes.

Good understanding of Indian accounting standard
-
Good understanding of the Tally ERP system
-
Good Knowledge of MS office especially Excel.

Good Communication skill
